Where we ship
Switzerland, Europe and selected countries outside Europe, including Japan, the United Arab Emirates and Hong Kong. We don't ship to the United States. If your country isn't available at checkout, write to us at info@zaffirasaffron.com.

How we ship
Every order is packed by hand in Zürich and shipped tracked with Swiss Post.

Delivery times
Switzerland: 1–3 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
Other destinations: 7–12 business days
These are estimates. Customs processing can add time.

Shipping costs
Free shipping on orders over €59, to every destination we ship to. Below €59: €4.99 to Switzerland and Europe. For other destinations, the cost is shown at checkout.

Customs, import VAT and duties
All orders ship from Switzerland. Deliveries outside Switzerland, including the European Union, may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and a carrier handling fee, set by the destination country.

These charges are not included in your order total and are paid by the recipient. They are collected by the carrier or the customs authority on delivery, and depend on the destination country's rules and the value of the order.

We can't predict or control these charges. If you're unsure, check your country's import rules before ordering.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details by email so you can follow your parcel to delivery.
