SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where we ship
We currently ship within Switzerland and the European Union. Every order is dispatched from Zürich, Switzerland, within 24 hours on business days.

Delivery times
- Switzerland: 1–3 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies to orders over €60.

Customs, import VAT and duties
As all orders ship from Switzerland, deliveries to the European Union (and any destination outside Switzerland) may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and a carrier handling fee, which are determined by the destination country.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery, and vary depending on the destination country's regulations and the value of the order.

We are unable to predict or control these charges. If you are unsure, we recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email so you can follow your parcel to delivery.
