Returns & Refunds
At Zaffira, we are committed to delivering premium quality saffron. Because saffron is a food product, we cannot accept physical returns of opened jars — but our 30-day satisfaction promise has you covered (see below).
Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged during shipping
- The wrong item was delivered
- The package remains unopened and in its original condition
To request a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Opened Products
Because saffron is a food product, opened jars cannot be physically returned for hygiene reasons. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of an opened product, our 30-day satisfaction promise applies: contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will offer a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis. We ask for photos of the threads and the brewed infusion to help us improve.
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We'll provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
